LMD#14 - VELIKI VRH
Veliki vrh (1071m) je najvišji vrh Banjške planote. Pomembno vlogo je imel v prvi svetovni vojni, ko so bili tu in na sosednjih vrhovih opazovalni položaji avstro-ogrske vojske. V zadnji, 12. ofenzivi, ko se je zgodil avstro-ogrski preboj fronte, je bil v bližini sedež poveljstva skupine Scotti (XV. korpus), ki je bila ena od štirih skupin, udeleženih v preboju. Sledovi vojne so še danes vidni v obliki kavern, jarkov in izravnav za barake.
Z vrha, na katerem je miniaturen Aljažev stolp z vpisno knjigo in žigom, se odpre lep razgled proti Krnskemu pogorju, grebenu Bohinjsko-Tolminskih gora, Cerkljanskemu hribovju in Šentviški planoti.
Serija zakladov »LOM JE MOJ DOM« je serija 19 zakladov, ki vas popelje po krožni pohodniški poti Lom je moj dom, kjer se lahko sprehodite skozi zaselke in vasi, čez pisane senožete, travnike, pašnike in hladne gozdove na njenih obronkih. Ob sami poti je postavljeno 13 informativnih tabel, ki ponazarjajo življenje v Lomu nekoč, kaj pa se danes dogaja, pa lahko vidite kar na lastne oči. Za prekrasen zaključek izleta pa vas v bližini končne točke čaka še prav poseben BONUS zakladek, v katerem predmeti komaj čakajo da spoznajo nove lastnike.

LMH#14 - VELIKI VRH HILL
Veliki vrh (1071 m) is the highest peak of the Banjšice Plateau. It had an important role during World War I, as the Austro-Hungarian army had observation posts on this and neighbouring peaks. In the last, 12th, offensive, when the Austro-Hungarians broke through the front line, the base of the Scotti company (XV Corps) was located nearby. This was one of four corps that participated in the breakthrough. Traces of the war can be still seen today in the caverns, trenches, and the levelling of the barracks.
From the top, on which there is a miniature Aljaž tower with a summit book and a stamp, a beautiful view opens up towards the Krn mountain range, the ridge of the Bohinj-Tolmin mountains, the Cerkno hills and the Šentviška plateau.
The series of caches "LOM IS MY HOME" is a series of 19 caches that takes you along the »Lom is my home« circular hiking trail, where you can walk through hamlets and villages, over colorful hayfields, meadows, pastures and cool forests on its slopes. There are 13 information boards along the route that illustrate life in Lom in the past, but you can see what is happening today with your own eyes. For a wonderful end to the trip, a very special BONUS cache awaits you near the end point, in which objects can't wait to meet their new owners.
