We call our summer series this year "Happy Trails" to celebrate the many pleasurable excursions we've taken throughout rural Saskatchewan looking for geocaches. Along the way, we've put out some of our own here and there, including this one.
One of us grew up just down the road from here where her sister and brother-in-law still live and farm. This cache is located on the corner of our nephew's home quarter. There are many happy memories associated with the roads around here. For example, across the road stands "The Big Hill" as it was known back in the day. We used to have a cache at the summit, but we archived it, which made room for this one.
This cache is placed with the permission of the landowner, but you still need to stay outside the fence.
