Went for a walk on an old logging road looking for a place to hide a geocache. It's a cleacut so all the trees are young. Kept looking for something 'interesting' enough to warrant a hide. Ended up walking way further than intended. A little warm, but it was an easy walk along a good level road. Eventually came upon a spot that looked like it would make a good camping site. A little noisy because it's fairly close to the kighway but otherwise nice and secluded. Decided on a spot to tuck away a cache quite quickly. Satellite reception was good but not great [6.5 M acc].
The road is in good shape but starting to get over-grown a bit. The start of the road is a bit rough but after that there's no erosion. Or just park your vehicle at the junction and take a nice easy 500 M or so walk to the cache.
Turn off onto Halsey FSR [North Ridge]. Go up a little bit and where the road widens out you'll see a side road on the left. The cache is on that road.
