Is 15 a reference to the name of this street, or..? Stealth is required since there are houses across the street from this cache. You may also encounter joggers or people getting their mail, so be aware. If I were trying to act "casual", I'd sit on the host and look at my phone when cars or other muggles pass by. It's not a busy street unless it's around the usual working hours when people tend to leave to or come home from work. This should be an easy find, but perhaps tedious. I got this idea from a cache out in Irvine. Enjoy.
