臺南運河為一條圍繞臺南市五期重劃區、連接臺南市區與安平港間的運河。19世紀初期所闢之古運河於日治時期淤塞，又另闢今日所見的臺南運河。運河南側建有步道及腳踏車道，供鄰近居民休憩散步。
望月橋為第三座橋梁(從安平端算起)，藍色的鋼骨結構為它的特色。

The Tainan Canal connects downtown Tainan with Anping Port.There are footpaths and bicycle lanes on the south side of the canal for nearby residents to rest and walk.Wangyue Bridge is the third bridge (counting from Anping), and its blue steel frame structure is its characteristic.
