This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2021 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are still the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.
Picton Wesleyan Methodist Church
Also known as Thomas Street Methodist Church and Thomas Street Uniting Church after 1977. Built at Picton in 1892 the building was moved to the present location in 1912. A timber framed corrugated iron building with tall windows and a small porch. The church closed in 1989. The property was last sold in 2019. A bargin at $25,000.
To find the cache complete the Wherigo cartridge found here (username and password is the same as you use on www.geocaching.com). With this information it is probably best to leave your car were it is parked and walk to the nearby cache location.
