Geocache Description:

On the south ridge above Baer canyon my old friend Meticulous Mike left a cache. I have only been there once so these directions are from year old memories. From Hwy 89 turn east on Nicholas road. Work your way up to the end of the road you will find a nice parking lot near the water tank, This is the Baer creek trail Head. Coordinates N41 01.808 W111 52.850 Follow the trail up into the Canyon. From down below you can see a white plastic pipe up the mountain that looks like a flag pole unless it has been moved this is the direction you will be heading. After about a quarter mile or so you will see a galvanized Well cover. Coordinates N41 01.954 W 111 53.476 There is a trail that forks to the right. GO RIGHT, you will be on good trail most of the way though it’s a little steep in places The trail has some switch backs as it climbs up through the trees. The trail kind of disappears as you scramble up a pretty steep spot but It picks up again when you get to the top. After you get to the top you should pick up a pretty good trail follow this trail until Mr. pointer points south The cache is about 50 feet of the trail

See you on the Trail

Scout Master.
