This should be a quick cache at The Cove in Portsmouth. The road leading to the cache is a bit bumpy so you have been warned!
This cache was placed to commemorate a failed attempt to find the nearby scuba cache. A three person squad of myself, Hipointer and SrchNResQ came here to seek it out on a fine August morning. SrchNResQ came quite prepared with a scuba suit and gear, but after paddling (or in his case, swimming) out, the water was far too murky to be able to see, and the mission was unsuccesful. Perhaps another attempt will be made in the future, but for now, FTF is still up for grabs.
You're looking for a winter-friendly cache hidden in typical fashion. If you can't get the scuba cache, at least you can have this one! Hope you enjoy.
