This Geocache is located by the OSF hospital. The cache is located under a lamppost cover. There are lots of cars that go by so make sure they don't see you! The reason why this geocache is called "The Tool Bag" is because the container is a little bag that says tool kit on it. (if you were curious) Good Luck!
