A Blue Moon is very rarely blue!
The SECOND Full Moon in August 2023 is on the 30th / 31st. It will be both a Supermoon and also a Blue Moon.
The last time we had a SUPER Blue Moon was in December 2009, and the next time will be in 9 years’ time, in August 2032! Hence the name for this EVENT!
The next Blue Moon will be August 2024, but it will not be a Supermoon.

Hopefully, we’ll have a clear night to see the SUPER Blue Moon!
