| 明治９年８月２１日に、旧福島県・磐前県・若松県の３県が合併して福島県が誕生したことから、平成９年にこの日を県民の日に制定しました。これを記念して福島県を愛するジオキャッシャー有志で2023年8月21日6時にキャッシュの一斉公開をすることにしました。 |

| On August 21st, 1877, former Fukushima Prefecture, Iwasaki Prefecture and Wakamatsu Prefecture were merged to form new Fukushima Prefecture. In commemoration of this, we, the volunteers who love Fukushima Prefecture, decided to open caches to the public at 6:00 on August 21, 2023. |

Higashi Village used to be a village in Nishishirakawa District, Fukushima Prefecture. It was merged with Shirakawa City on November 7, 2005 and abolished.
I hid the cache in Kochinodai Athletic Park. In addition, the FTF award unique to Fukushima Prefecture is included. I would be happy if you could be happy.
東村はかつて福島県西白河郡にあった村です。2005年11月7日に白河市と合併して廃止されました。
東風の台運動公園内にキャッシュを隠しました。なお、福島県ならではのFTF賞が入っています。喜んでいただけると嬉しいです。
