Ilfracombe has only Telstra service, so I highly recommend downloading the cartridge before leaving home (or Longreach or Barcaldine) before attempting this cache.
If you do not have a Wherigo account, you may wish to create a free one using your Geocaching ID and Password.
If you encounter issues getting the cartridge to download from the link, log in to the Wherigo website on your PC, download the Cartridge for a Pocket PC Device, then transfer the cartridge (a (dot)gwc file) to the appropriate folder for your wherigo app on your smartphone.
