Unfortunately, due to the Group Camping site still being used as overflow parking, we've had to change Flames of the FAP to something else.
Thus, I present THE RUINS OF THE FAP!
We will not be able to have our traditional campfire, but will have snacks available for sharing and there will be new caches available in the park to find. There may even be an Adventure Lab or 2 available for the event. Or, come ask me for some hints on GeoArt caches you may be struggling with.
Event is Friday, September 15th starting at 7:00 p.m and ends at 8:30 p.m.
We will be meeting inside the ruins (if possible), or in the grassy area just to the north of the ruins if they are blocked off for filming.
Come on over for a visit and join us by the ruins for an hour or two. (You must purchase a day pass to enter the park if you are not staying the night - camp sites are available directly from Rockwood CA at an additional cost.)
We will provide traditional and not so traditional camping treats; please consider bringing some of your own favourite camping treats to share with others (pot luck style). Please bring a camping chair to sit and enjoy, if you would like to. Prize draws will occur for some random goodies I found in bags of swag from past events that I will never use. Prize draws and photo will occur at 8:00pm.
You do not have to be there to win - Winners will be posted in the pavilion on Saturday morning so you can pick up your prize at the main event from Pasha88.
There will an optional log for you to sign, if you choose.

Following the event, you are welcome to come join for a campfire on Site 16 (Pasha88's campsite) - this is optional, but is open to all who wish to join.
