Ao longo da estrada “principal” para a Fóia, encontrará duas fontes, nas quais poderá beber água. A primeira fonte é visível da estrada, ficando do lado direito quando se sobe. A segunda fonte, conhecida pelos locais como “Fonte da Santa”, fica localizada do lado esquerdo ao subir e requer um pequeno desvio. Esta tem um miradouro onde poderá não só tirar boas fotos, como poderá desfrutar da vista e beber água sempre fresca diretamente da nascente. (in https://www.vila-monchique.com/foia-monchique/)

Along the “main” road to Fóia, you will find two fountains, where you can drink water. The first fountain is visible from the road, on the right as you go up. The second fountain, known by locals as “Fonte da Santa”, is located on the left side as you climb and requires a small detour. This has a viewpoint where you can not only take good photos, but also enjoy the view and drink always fresh water directly from the spring.
