There is nothing hidden at the posted coordinates, this is an old railway bridge that crosses the B4246 near Llanfoist, Abergavenny.
The cache is hidden a short distance off the main footpath/cycle route that runs along the old Abergavenny and Merthyr Railway. Also known as the Heads of the Valley line, it opened in 1862 and officially closed in 1958 - so you no longer need a ticket to ride!
