Private property hunting close to the trail will close the trail between Forty Corners and Cherry St. in Canal Fulton on the following dates: Nov. 18 and 19 (Youth Season), Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, Dec. 16 and 17, and Jan. 6 to Jan. 9, 2024.

Enjoy hiking and biking on the 5.7 mile limestone surface trail or horseback riding on the wide compacted grass berm with mounting blocks. This scenic route follows along the western edge of the Tuscarawas River near the Ohio & Erie Canal and parallels an active railroad from Canal Fulton to Jackson Township.
