This is a Challenge Cache and IS located at the posted coordinates. In order to claim a find you must have met the terms of the challenge. You may sign the log at any time and post a note on the cache page. Any "found it" logs that don't qualify will be deleted. There is a challenge checker you can run to see if you qualify.
I spotted this challenge in St George and knew we needed one up here. I asked the CO for permission to copy it and he agreed. While some cachers are already qualified, this will be a long term challenge for most.
So what do you need for this challenge? You need a Jasmer, a DT grid, a find each day of calendar year including leap year, and a find for a cache placed on each day of the year including leap year. This will require over 1090 finds. This should keep you busy for a while.
