The container IS at posted coordinates and to qualify you must have at least 1000 finds on at least TWO fizzy grid spots.  For most folks this will probably be 1.5/1.5 & 2.0/2.0...it is for me.  Obviously, feel free to sign log anytime and log a 'find' when you qualify.  Log only, enjoy!
