I travel up and down this road everytime I'm in the area. The cache is on the Homer Watson trail, near a point that you can access from the road. There is room on the shoulder to park but please do so safetly and watch for traffic.
You're looking for a regular sized Konky Dong Camo-Barrel. Maybe the size of a small PB jar. In the video game, different barrels offer different bonuses and have many uses. However, the Konky Dong Camo-Barrel can only hold a geocache log. BYOP
Available in winter but don't expect any snow removal. And parking on the shoulder of the road may not be possible.
