Geocache Description:

Veterans Park

Cañon City's Veterans Park sits at the west end of town with easy access from Highway 50. The park covers 5 acres and offers picnic tables, rest rooms, water, and plenty of shade. The cache is a short walk from the parking area. This is a small container with room for small swag items. Muggles usually won't be a problem, but please use stealth if anyone is nearby. Park hours are dawn to dusk. Please do not look for this at night. The park is regularly patrolled by the Cañon City Police Department.
