ITA/ENG - Piazza della Repubblica è la piazza principale di Sommacampagna che ospita una volta l'anno a fine agosto la Fiera di Sommacampagna, sagra del paese. Fino a qualche decennio Sommacampagna era famosa per Fiera dei bovini che attirava compratori fin da fuori regione e a fine giornata, dopo gli affari, si festeggiava la sera nelle osterie del paese mangiando il piatto tipico dell'evento, le "Trippe" insieme a del buon Custoza, famoso vino bianco di queste parti.
