Point Richards Flora & Fauna Reserve is dedicated to the conservation of indigenous plants and wildlife. At 62 hectres, it is one of the largest areas of native bushland and ephemeral wetlands on the Bellarine Peninsula.

The Port Arts Network, together with Bellarine Bayside, has installed multiple haiku poems within the reserve in order to provide an intriguing way of interpreting the history, landscapes, flora and fauna within the reserve.
Have fun locating the haiku as you follow the various trails within the reserve, and take a moment to allow your sense to respond to your surroundings.
There are four walking tracks; Twitcher Track 1.5km, Airstrip Circuit 1.2km, Boundary Loop 1.5km and Growling Grass Frog Loop 2.6km.
Inside the main entrance a few metres in there is a picnic area with seating.
Watch out for snakes in the summer months and please don't trample the native plants when accessing the cache.
