武庫之荘は昔、武庫荘（ムコショウ）などと発音してたそうです。おそらく春日社の荘園だったのだろうと言われてます。武庫と言う名前の由来は、難波都から見て「向こう」と言う説がありますが、定かではありません。（Wikipediaなどから引用）
