To find the cache you must navigate to the posted coordinates and read the description for instructions and clues. The coordinates will lead you to the Powhatan County Public Library. You will need to find information outside and inside of the building so please respect Library hours (posted in description). The final is within walking distance from the Library but it is an easy park and grab as well. Please replace cache as found. Good luck and happy hunting! :)

A: Walk into the library and on your left there should be a black plaque. Under were it says "Powhatan County Public Library" there is a four digit number. Take the last digit and multiply it by three.
B: Right before the first set of sliding doors there is a set of lockers (similar to P.O. boxes but for checking out books) Use the number printed on the top right locker.
C & D: Take the last two digits of this number. If you just did B you should be in the right place.
E: Number of benches in front of Library.
F & G: Go to the back of the Library and out the back door closest to the used books. You should be on the back deck. Take the last digit of the year the deck was donated by the Woman's Club of Powhatan County Inc, multiply it by five.
H: Go out the first sliding door but stop before the second. Look around for a sign that tells the max occupancy of the building. Use the middle digit of that number.
I: Number of study rooms plus three.
J: The company that donated the stone for the fireplace. (use the number next to the right company)
