Geocache Description:

17 September 2023, 13:00 - 16:00

September 17, 2023, 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm

This event will be held at the Sterling Public Library located at 22330 S Sterling Blvd Ste A117  MEETING ROOM A

This event will focus on finalizing our puzzle cards & playing the game for the Going Caching event in October 2023 in Rome, Georgia.

This event is for anyone attending or thinking of attending Going Caching 2023 who may be interested in getting together as a group to play or watch the Going Caching 2023- "Voyage To Cachelandia A Game of Discovery pre-event game".  If you"re not attending the MEGA event & want to come to hang out & find out what Going Caching is all about feel free to.  You may decide you want to attend the MEGA event in October as well.

  Please bring:
-your Going Caching cards so we can swap
-wear or bring so you can change into (or hold up) your Going Caching Tshirt so we can take a group photo that we can all post individually to our personal Facebook page & metion/tag Going Caching to win one of their two $50 Amazon gift cards Oct 7 at the event.
-bring your Voyage to Cachelandia game packet
-a snack to share (salty, sweet, savory, drinks (soda, ice tea etc- no alcohol) this is not necessary to attend but it would be a nice touch to our game day.  I will have a water cooler with ice water, cups, napkins & plates.

Look over the contents of the game prior to attending to get the jist of the game.  There is a facebook group set up that may help us work through figuring out this game.  Going Caching Pre-Event Puzzle Solvers | Facebook

Depending on how many attend we may split into groups since there are up to 7 pawns/people who can play per game board.  The group may decide at the event that 1 group of 7 will play wuth others being minds to help. For those that were there at the fist meeting... the other half of TeamXMan will be my proxy. ;0)
