This multi-cache is in Lancaster County Central Park which is open dawn to dusk. There is an appropriate parking lot close to posted coordinates. There is no container at posted coordinates. But there is an information kiosk. Visit the kiosk to collect two pieces of information and then take a short bushwhack into the woods to find the clear plastic test tube with a silver lid nestled low in a tree's trunk.
That tree is near a bunch of fallen trees and branches that reminded me of the game Pickup Sticks. My husband, David, and I have been picking up a lot of branches lately. We noted that in the game, the sticks are smooth and straight. In real life, the sticks have bends and bark.
At the kiosk at posted coordinates, get the 2-digit pavilion number and the Lancaster County Park ordinance number SECTION NUMBER requiring that owners must clean up after dogs.
Let P be the sum of the 2 digits in the pavilion number.
Let XX be the two digit result of adding 50 to the SECTION number of the ordinance.
Now consider this picture showing the coordinates where you will find the test tube in the Pickup Sticks.
