Letterbox Hybrid requires GPS usage for at least part of the search. A Letterbox Hybrid consists of at least a container with a logbook and a stamp. Letterbox Hybrids can be logged without using a stamp. The stamp stays with the geocache. Letterbox-style clues may be used to guide cachers to the container.
Aspen ice cream is the reason this area is fenced off, to keep the Elk out. To find this letter box hybrid cache just goto the posted Coordinates and find a small silver bison tube, from there follow along the fence line till you find another identical small silver bison tube. Once at the second bison tube, take a heading of 259 degrees for 85 feet, at which you will find a large Geode, which will contain a logbook as well as the required stamp and stamp pad.
There was a night cache here, where you had to follow reflectors, there was only 1 red one left, while checking in the cach. Since I was unprepared for that type of maintenance, decided that making this a different cache type, it would be easier for more cachers to find.
