Die Bernina-Tour bietet wunderbare Ausblicke auf alle Gletscher der Berninagruppe. Die Route führt vom mediterranen Poschiavo über den Berninapass und die Diavolezza nach Pontresina und weiter hinauf zur Fuorcla Surlej mit Ausblick auf die Seenlandschaft des Engadins. Von Maloja geht die Tour weiter über den Murettopass auf die Südseite der Berninagruppe auf italienischem Boden und dann zurück zum Ausgangspunkt in Poschiavo.
Die Tour beginnt in Poschiavo auf 1.021 Metern über Meer und führt entlang der UNESCO-Welterbestrecke der Rhätischen Bahn hinauf zum Berninapass auf 2.328 Metern, über den Cavaglia-Gletschergarten mit seinen Gletschermühlen und der Alp Grüm Blick auf die Ostflanken des Berninamassivs. Der breite, flache Weg entlang des Lago Bianco bietet den Läufern die Möglichkeit, eine Verschnaufpause einzulegen und die Muskeln zu lockern, während die weiteren 700 Höhenmeter hinauf zur Bergstation der Diavolezza-Gondelbahn mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Gletscher Pers und Morteratsch führen.
Von der Bergstation der Diavolezza-Gondelbahn geht es mit der Gondel zurück zur Talstation oder zu Fuß, vorbei am See Lej da Diavolezza, hinunter zur Talstation. Nach Überquerung der Hauptstraße beginnt der steile Aufstieg zur Fuorcla Pischa auf 2.835 Metern. Beim Abstieg nach Pontresina können Sie sich in der Hütte Chamanna Paradies oder im Bergrestaurant Alp Languard stärken. Sobald Sie das Bergsteigerdorf Pontresina verlassen haben, betreten Sie auf gleicher Höhe wie der Bahnhof das hübsche Val Roseg. Vor dem Hotel Restaurant Val Roseg biegt der Weg rechts ab und steigt zur Fuorcla Surlej hinauf, mit Blick auf den See Vadret da Roseg und den Bianco-Grat des Piz Bernina auf der linken Seite. Nach der Fuorcla Surlej geht es 200 Höhenmeter bergab zum kleinen See Lej da la Fuorcla und über die Bergflanke zur Alp Prasüra und hinunter zum Kulturdorf Sils.
Anschließend führt die Route an der Kirche in Sils Baselgia vorbei auf der linken Talseite entlang der Via Engiadina, vorbei am Heididorf Grevasalvas nach Maloja. Nachdem man den Lägh da Cavloc in Richtung Forno-Gletscher überquert hat, erreicht man auf 2.559 Metern die Abzweigung nach links in Richtung Muretto-Pass, die über einen alten Weg führt, der einst die Schweiz und Italien verband. Ein breiter Weg führt hinunter zur Alpe dell'Oro oberhalb des italienischen Dorfes Chiareggio. Nach der Durchquerung der Wiesen von Palolungo, Paluetto und Barchetto erreicht man den Lago Palù auf 1.947 Metern Höhe. Von dort aus geht es noch einmal bergauf über den Bocchel de Torno und durch ausgedehnte Wälder und über Almwiesen, vorbei an Campascio und Musella hinab zum Staudamm des Lago Campomoro. Über den Damm hinauf, vorbei an hübschen kleinen Seen, gelangt man zum Passo Canciano, der Sie über die Grenze zurück in die Schweiz bringt. Hier beginnt der steile Abstieg, vorbei an Wolkenstein, nach Poschiavo.

The Bernina-Tour offers wonderful views of all the glaciers in the Bernina mountain range. The route leads from Mediterranean-style Poschiavo over the Bernina Pass and the Diavolezza to Pontresina, and then further up to the Fuorcla Surlej, with views over the Engadin’s lake-strewn landscape. From Maloja, the tour continues over the Muretto Pass to the southern side of the Bernina mountain chain on Italian soil and then back to the starting point in Poschiavo.
The tour begins in Poschiavo, at 1,021 metres above sea level, and leads along the UNESCO World Heritage line of the Rhaetian Railway up to the Bernina Pass at 2,328 metres, via the Cavaglia Glacier Garden with its glacial mills and Alp Grüm, giving the first view of the eastern flanks of the Bernina massif. The wide, flat path along the Lago Bianco gives runners the opportunity to take a breather and loosen up their muscles for the further 700 metres of altitude up to the summit station of the Diavolezza gondola with a breathtaking view of the Pers and Morteratsch glaciers.
From the summit station of the Diavolezza gondola you take the gondola back to the valley station or walk, past the Lej da Diavolezza lake, down to the valley station. After crossing the main road, the steep ascent to the Fuorcla Pischa at 2,835 metres begins. On the descent to Pontresina, you can enjoy refreshments in the Chamanna Paradies hut or the Bergrestaurant Alp Languard. Once you have left the mountaineering village of Pontresina, on the same level as the train station you enter the pretty Val Roseg. In front of the Hotel Restaurant Val Roseg, the path turns right and climbs up to the Fuorcla Surlej, offering views of the Vadret da Roseg lake and the Bianco ridge of the Piz Bernina on the left. After the Fuorcla Surlej, the trail descends 200 vertical metres to the tiny Lej da la Fuorcla lake and traverses the mountain flank to Alp Prasüra and down to the culture village of Sils.
Next, the route leads past the church in Sils Baselgia to the left side of the valley along the Via Engiadina, past the Heidi village of Grevasalvas to Maloja. After crossing the Lägh da Cavloc in the direction of the Forno glacier, you reach the turn-off to the left in the direction of the Muretto Pass at 2,559 metres, leading along an ancient trail that once linked Switzerland and Italy. A wide path proceeds down to the Alpe dell’Oro above the Italian village of Chiareggio. After traversing the meadows of Palolungo, Paluetto abd Barchetto, you reach the Lago Palù at 1,947 metres above sea level. From there, the route climbs once again over the Bocchel de Torno and through extensive forests and over alpine meadows, past Campascio and Musella down to the dam of Lago Campomoro. Over the dam and up, past the lovely little lakes, you reach the Passo Canciano, which takes you back across the border into Switzerland. Here, the steep descent, past Selva, to Poschiavo begins.

Il Bernina-Tour offre viste meravigliose su tutti i ghiacciai del massiccio del Bernina. Il percorso conduce dalla Poschiavo mediterranea attraverso il Passo del Bernina e la Diavolezza fino a Pontresina, e poi più avanti fino alla Fuorcla Surlej, con vista sul paesaggio lacustre dell'Engadina. Da Maloja il tour prosegue attraverso il Passo del Muretto fino al versante meridionale della catena del Bernina in territorio italiano e poi di nuovo al punto di partenza a Poschiavo.
Il tour inizia a Poschiavo, a 1.021 metri sul livello del mare, e conduce lungo la linea della Ferrovia Retica, Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO, fino al Passo del Bernina a 2.328 metri, passando per il Giardino dei ghiacciai di Cavaglia con i suoi mulini glaciali e l'Alp Grüm, regalando i primi vista sui fianchi orientali del massiccio del Bernina. Dalla stazione a monte della cabinovia Diavolezza si torna con la cabinovia alla stazione a valle oppure si scende a piedi, oltrepassando il lago Lej da Diavolezza, fino alla stazione a valle. Dopo aver attraversato la strada principale inizia la ripida salita verso la Fuorcla Pischa a 2.835 metri. Durante la discesa a Pontresina potrete ristorarsi al rifugio Chamanna Paradies oppure al Bergrestaurant Alp Languard. Lasciato il villaggio alpinistico di Pontresina, all'altezza della stazione ferroviaria si entra nella graziosa Val Roseg. Di fronte all'Hotel Ristorante Val Roseg il sentiero svolta a destra e sale alla Fuorcla Surlej, offrendo a sinistra la vista sul lago Vadret da Roseg e sulla cresta Bianca del Piz Bernina. Dopo la Fuorcla Surlej il sentiero scende per 200 metri di dislivello fino al laghetto Lej da la Fuorcla e attraversa il fianco della montagna fino all'Alp Prasüra e giù fino al villaggio culturale di Sils.
Successivamente il percorso passa davanti alla chiesa di Sils Baselgia sul lato sinistro della valle lungo la Via Engiadina, oltre il villaggio Heidi di Grevasalvas fino a Maloja. Dopo aver attraversato il Lägh da Cavloc in direzione del ghiacciaio del Forno, si raggiunge il bivio a sinistra in direzione del Passo del Muretto a 2.559 metri, che conduce lungo un antico sentiero che un tempo collegava la Svizzera e l'Italia. Un ampio sentiero scende all'Alpe dell'Oro sopra il villaggio italiano di Chiareggio. Dopo aver attraversato i prati di Palolungo, Paluetto e Barchetto, si raggiunge il Lago Palù a 1.947 metri di altitudine. Da lì il percorso sale nuovamente sopra la Bocchel de Torno e attraverso estesi boschi e pascoli alpini, oltrepassa Campascio e Musella fino alla diga del Lago Campomoro. Oltrepassando la diga e risalendo, oltrepassando graziosi laghetti, si raggiunge il Passo Canciano, che vi riporta oltre il confine con la Svizzera. Bernina-Tour nabízí nádherné výhledy na všechny ledovce v pohoří Bernina. Trasa vede z Poschiavo ve středomořském stylu přes průsmyk Bernina a Diavolezzu do Pontresiny a pak dále nahoru k Fuorcla Surlej s výhledem na krajinu Engadinu posetou jezery. Z Maloja túra pokračuje přes průsmyk Muretto na jižní stranu pohoří Bernina na italské půdě a poté zpět do výchozího bodu v Poschiavu.
Prohlídka začíná v Poschiavu v nadmořské výšce 1 021 metrů a vede podél rýnské železnice, která je na seznamu světového dědictví UNESCO, až do průsmyku Bernina ve výšce 2 328 metrů, přes ledovcovou zahradu Cavaglia s ledovcovými mlýny a Alp Grüm, která dává první pohled na východní úbočí masivu Bernina. Široká, rovná cesta podél jezera Lago Bianco dává běžcům příležitost nadechnout se a uvolnit svaly na dalších 700 výškových metrů až k vrcholové stanici gondoly Diavolezza s úchvatným výhledem na ledovce Pers a Morteratsch.
Z vrcholové stanice gondoly Diavolezza se dostanete gondolou zpět do údolní stanice nebo pěšky kolem jezera Lej da Diavolezza dolů k dolní stanici. Po překročení hlavní silnice začíná prudké stoupání na Fuorcla Pischa ve výšce 2 835 metrů. Při sestupu do Pontresiny se můžete občerstvit v chatě Chamanna Paradies nebo Bergrestaurant Alp Languard. Jakmile opustíte horskou vesničku Pontresina, na stejné úrovni jako vlakové nádraží vstoupíte do krásného údolí Val Roseg. Před hotelem Restaurant Val Roseg se cesta stáčí doprava a stoupá k Fuorcla Surlej, odkud je výhled na jezero Vadret da Roseg a hřeben Bianco Piz Bernina po levé straně. Po Fuorcla Surlej stezka klesá 200 výškových metrů k malému jezeru Lej da la Fuorcla a prochází úbočím hory do Alp Prasüra a dolů do kulturní vesnice Sils.
Dále trasa vede kolem kostela v Sils Baselgia na levou stranu údolí po Via Engiadina, kolem vesnice Heidi Grevasalvas do Maloja. Po překročení Lägh da Cavloc ve směru k ledovci Forno se dostanete na odbočku vlevo ve směru na průsmyk Muretto ve výšce 2 559 metrů, vedoucí po prastaré stezce, která kdysi spojovala Švýcarsko a Itálii. Široká cesta pokračuje dolů do Alpe dell'Oro nad italskou vesnicí Chiareggio. Po projití luk Palolungo, Paluetto a Barchetto se dostanete k jezeru Lago Palù v nadmořské výšce 1947 metrů. Odtud trasa opět stoupá přes Bocchel de Torno a přes rozsáhlé lesy a přes alpské louky, kolem Campascio a Musella dolů k přehradě Lago Campomoro. Přes přehradu a nahoru, kolem krásných malých jezírek se dostanete do Passo Canciano, které vás zavede zpět přes hranice do Švýcarska. Zde začíná prudký sestup kolem Selvy do Poschiava.
A tato keška je jen jednou zastávkou na této úchvatné trase kolem ledovce Bernina...
