HU:
50 méterre a Horányi komp mellett található egy valamikori római őrtorony romjai. Igazából nem olyan érdekes látnivaló, de ha egy jót tervezel bringázni a szigeten akkor ejtsd útba a kincsünket.
A római kori őrtorony maradványai a IV. századból valók. A szakemberek szerint 365 körül épülhetett. Ezekből figyelték a római őrszemek a portyázó jazig és esetleg kvád vagy markomann lovasok közeledtét. Innen, a Duna folyása mentén az egész római határon végighúzódott a limes, a határvédő sánc, amely biztosította Pannónia, az értékes római gyarmat békés életét és munkáját.

The Roman Ruins are from the IVth century. According to the experts it was built around 365. The Romans were watching the approach of enemy cavalries from these towers. From here, along the course of the Danube, the limes, the border defense rampart, stretched along the entire Roman border, which ensured the peaceful life and work of Pannonia, the valuable Roman colony.
