Kuusijärvi is a very nice and calm place which we visit every winter when we come to Lapland for a sled dog tour. This time we visited the area in summertime and we decided to place another cache here with a nice view of Kuusijärvi.
Terrain and duration depend on which season and direction you go to the cache. Summertime you can easily drive and park at the given parking coordinates and walk down to the cache. But it is hard to reach it from any other side due to the lake and swamp area. In the wintertime you can access from any direction as everything is frozen but at least the last 250 meters may require snowshoes or walking through deep snow.
