Baw Beese Sail #8🚤 Mystery Cache

Welcome to BAW BEESE SAIL GEOART. 
The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must answer the question to get the coordinates. 
The series is along the Baw Beese Walking Trail which is a part of the North Country Trail system. 

Parking is at the corner of Griswold and Barnard Streets and in the three public parks along the lakeshore. The three public parks are Waterworks Park, Owens Park, and Sandy Beach.  Sometimes a fee is charged to enter Sandy Beach. 
 

Be a good player and BRING YOUR PEN 🖊️.  Also, a tott may be handy. 
 

Baw Beese Lake has an interesting history.  The lake supplied water for FW STOCK FLOUR MILL.  The mill was considered a major employer and good place to work.  Why was water needed?
