We were embasarassed by the lack of events in Citrus County. It seems like Gainesville, Tampa, Orlando have something on the calendar all the time, but we don't.. UNTIL NOW.
So this marks the beginning of our Monthly Obscure Holiday Events.
Sept 16th is American Legion Day, Collect Rocks Day, International Red Panda Bear Day, Step Family Day, Mayflower Day, Mexican Independence Day, World Play Doh Day, Oktoberfest begins in Germany, and finally. Working Parents Day.
We had decided to focus on just one, but werre informed it made the event too 'Commercial" so...
