Look for the states that proudly display the "STAR" !
Fun Nevada State Facts:
- The state was named after the mountain range "Sierra Nevada".
- Nicknamed the "Silver State", Nevada is actually the largest gold-producing state in the U.S. and fourth-largest in the world.
- America's largest silver deposit, the Comstock Lode, was found in Nevada in 1859.
Some things to remember when doing this series
* This is the desert; home to many animals. Please take care of it.
* The 50 caches are all placed in sage/rocks
* The terrain is very rocky, be careful.
* Many require a significant hike.
* Remember to get the code for the bonus cache (#50)
* Make sure you have plenty of water and snacks.
* Carry out what you take in, don’t leave anything behind.
* We had good cell phone coverage, your results may vary.
