We're going straight to the stars this month!
We will be having a special event this month at the Haggart Observatory on the campus of Clackamas Community College. From 6:00 to 8:00, we will be in the meeting room at the observatory. We will hold our monthly meeting, enjoy snacks and beverages provided by GEOregon, then move into the observatory itself to enjoy some stargazing starting at 8 PM.
Meeting Agenda.......The event will officially begin at 6:00 PM at Haggart Observatory (21 Inskeep Dr, Oregon City, 97045). We will hold our monthly meeting at 6:30 PM, including two raffles of some great geocaching SWAG, one for all attendees and one exclusively for GEOregon members. Additional SWAG and other caching supplies will also be availble at our onsite GEOregon Store! After the meeting, we will enjoy snacks and additional socializing until the sun goes down and we move into the observatory itself for telescope viewing starting at 8:00 PM. The moon will be up in twilight, followed by Saturn and then more deep-sky objects as it gets darker.

Parking Insructions from Haggart Observatory: There's a little lot right next to the observatory, with a little more parking to the north of it. The procedure is, just arrive and head for Lakeside Hall. It's right next to the observatory stairs. I'll be there to unlock the doors for you.
