Metro Harbour View is a prestigious residential estate located in Tai Kok Tsui. The site, which once housed the Yaumati Ferry shipyard and the HYFCO Industrial Building, was redeveloped in 2003 through a collaboration between Henderson Land Development and the Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited. The modern estate features 10 residential blocks divided into two phases, totaling 3,520 residential units. Additionally, it offers a 2-storey commercial arcade and approximately 1,100 parking spaces. Visitors and residents alike can enjoy the convenience of the nearby mall.
