This is johnpoontf, a new cacher living in Tai Kok Tsui. After finding nearly a hundred cache, I hope to contribute more near my home and launch Tai Kok Tsui Series. Tai Kok Tsui is a rather big district that spans across Sham Shui Po, Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei. Most part of the land here is reclaimed for residential use and it used to be a pier!
Situated at Sham Shui Po District, Nam Cheong Park was opened in July 1998, covering an area of about 4.74 hectares. It provides lawns, children’s play equipment, jogging track and fitness corner, etc.
In Nam Cheong Park, there are more than 30 golden trumpet trees are planted on both sides of the pedestrian path which usually forms a spectacular flowery garden in every spring. Although the scenery in Nam Cheong Park can be varying in a year, many visitors enjoy the stunning atmosphere here. During the seasons without the golden flowers, you can also have a picnic or lying in Nam Cheong Park to enjoy your holiday.
