Lost in Education. Mystery Cache

Welcome to my first Puzzle Cache! So to get my feet wet, I'm going for a relative simple puzzle. The final GZ inspired me to give it a shot. So here it goes!!!

The cache is not at the posted coordinates!! It's in the middle of a road. The cache is located less than 1Km from the posted coordinates.

Google will be your friend here. 

Lost in Education refers to the posted coordinates being in between three schools. St. Pius X. High School, St. Augustine School and Pavillon Saintainte-Genevieve School. But none of these feel familiar. Maybe I'm lost in time?

Ottawa is where I lived most my life, but everything around me is so built up? So many schools, so many people! How can so few teachers take care of so many students? Wow. Times have changed. It's a little scary.

22 minutes of wandering from school to school, hoping to unlock some memories and maybe find my way again. I found a rock to sit upon and wondered what can i do. Nothing seems right.

August!!! SchooI is out! No wonder there are no kids around the school! Then reality set in again. This is not my time, but place seems a little familiar. I began to tear up, lost and scared, when a woman approached me concerned. She asked me if I was ok and how she could help. I could only ask one question. What year am I in?

2014 she replied. I tried to explain to her my unusual situation. She apologized for she couldn't help, but she knew of some special people who may be able to help. They are called Geocachers! People with ability to find what most others can't! 

Can you Geocachers help me find my school?

B= The number of the school. S.S.

C= The year the Nepean School Board gave permission to use the old school. 

D= The number of school rooms in this building. 

E= The number of teachers at open of school. C is reference point

F= The number of students at open of school. 

G= A group lead by ___ ___ took the inititive to establish said school. M.M

H= The year this building was constructed.

I= The full date of Report to Planning and Environment Committee "to demolish the existing building and in its place, construct a four storey (13.5 metres) retirement home containing 44 units with 23 parking spaces.". Replace months written name to the numeric value before you DR. Jan=1, Feb=2 etc.
