I first saw this puzzle format on geodanimal's Word Wheel #1, so a big shout-out to geodanimal for that fine puzzle!
Each of 24 answers in this puzzle uses the nine letters starting from the numbered space on the outside ring and reading inward to the center — but those nine letters will appear in a scrambled order. Note that the inner circle contains five letters; all other spaces contain a single letter. It’s up to you to logically place the letters into the correct spaces so that all 24 answers can be made. After completing the wheel, enter the letters in the outer ring (1-24) into Certitude to obtain the final coordinates.
