Wow was this a windy day, hence the name. This is a small bison tube that my son wanted to place. Bring your own writing tool! There isn't room for one in the cache. There is also no room really for tradables. There is parking and you can drive pretty close but it would likely need 4 wheel drive to do so. We parked near the road and walked in. Enjoy the views!
