Geocache Description:

Virtual cache on Western Michigan University's campus in the heart of the busiest courtyard on campus.

There is an area at the cache site that, if you stand directly on it, you can hear something really cool. Basically, all of the sound in the courtyard is focused by the surrounding building to that one spot. You really have to walk around until you find the spot, but once you find it you will be amazed at how well you can hear various sounds in the courtyard. I once had a friend stand about 200' away and whisper, and I could hear everything he was saying. It took me about 20 minutes to find the exact spot. Make sure you face the fountain while listening. To get credit for this cache, please send me the name of the nearest building (it's a specific hall on Western Michigan University's campus).

Driving directions: From US-131 Southbound, get off at the Stadium Drive exit and go East until you get to the stop light at Howard St. Turn Left (NorthEast) on Howard then take an immediate right on Van De Giessen road and from there find visitor parking.
