The Wheaton Grand Theater which opened in 1925 has been closed since 2006 for renovations. So renovations have been planned for 27 years now. I spent many days here, including my first date at age 13 or 14. Another trip to the theater was when I was underage for the Exorcist opening at the theater. My friend and I got in, and while sitting in the dark, an usher came up to us with a flashlight asked us our age and kicked us out. Bah! We went home and asked my sister to go back with us as our adult and she did!
The Inspiration
This cache was inspired by an identical challenge cache in Biloxi placed by VeteranTributes. I worked for this one toward the end, knowing I'll be back in Biloxi for a Back Bay Mission trip with my church in October. Now I qualify and can sign in.
The Challenge
In order to log this cache as a find, you must have found at least 15 caches of any type that have the Abandoned Structure attribute. And you must come to the posted location and find the cache and sign in and log online.
