Le fort de la justice(appelé aussi fort Lecourbe)intègre le camp retranché de Belfort.Il a été construit en 1826 et pouvait abriter une vingtaine de pièces d'artillerie.

Celui-ci bastionné ,à la forme rectangulaire pouvait recevoir 300 hommes.
