Don't worry - this short one-stage multi-cache does not include any requirements to listen to that song. And hopefully just reading the title hasn't caused the earworm to infiltrate your brain!
Animals of Kanata North - Red Fox
We feel fortunate to have access to so many trails in Kanata North in which to walk, run and ride! We've spent a lot of time over the past couple years walking and exploring and feel even luckier to have seen so many wonderful animals! We hope you get to see them too.
This cache is dedicated to the Red Fox. We haven't stumbled upon any foxes in the nearby forest in which we typically walk however have seen them often in our backyard nearby and in the hydrolines that run north from this location. There's even a den further north where from time to time we've been able to see the pups!
There is an infamous fox in the neighbourhood that has had a broken front paw for the past few years. That being said it has survived this injury and adapted itself to survive. It's always a joy when we see it saunter through our backyard, or have a nap in the sun.
