SQ - Prattville
Located just east of Prattville, this cache will take you to the village's cemetery. The town started in 1866 when the Pratt brothers started a store next to a small schoolhouse. A larger school and church followed and by 1874, the town was home to 100 inhabitants. There is still a church located on the south side of the town as well as a grain elevator, but aside from a few streets much of the "village of modern growth" as it was described in the 1879 Hillsdale County History book is a shadow of the promise it once had.
