There once was a man named Milburn who wandered around the streets of Atlantic City. He liked to make money... lots and lots of money. In fact, he always had a wad of cash in his pocket.
How did he make all of this money? He was heavily into real estate. He would travel around town from street to street and buy up properties. Personally, I think he wanted to own them all. This was during a time before there were any casinos in Atlantic City, otherwise old Milburn would have wanted those too - especially since they are all lined up along that long boardwalk along the Atlantic Ocean.
I wonder what old Milburn would think of the city today. I bet it sure has changed.
