Geocache Description:

Geocache Description:

11% of the roads in Harford County are dirt or gravel. The county refers to them as "earth" roads. See GCA82N9 for more information.

These various caches take you around Harford County to "experience" these roads from the past.

Cache Description:

This section of Glenville Road begins at Harmony Church Road and ends at Darlington Road- Rt. 161. A branch road, Stokes, connects.

Glenville runs along the banks of Deer Creek. There is a rather scenic view of the creek below that includes a dam and fish ladder.

On the west side of the creek is the William Wilson/Stokes Mill built in 1832. It ceased operation in 1931.

At one time two different covered bridges crossed the creek.

There is very limited parking on the roads.
