Welcome to The Meat Trail! This is a trail I love to ride following the old Peterborugh/Wasleys/Roseworthy train line.
You may find the trail easier leading up to the cooler months as it can get awfully overgrown! All caches are still available all year round.

The Meat Trail - Wasleys Train Station
Imagine the hustle and bustle in the late 1800's. This train station sits on land bought by Joseph Wasleys and is part of the old Peterbourough line built in 1869. The railway line was built to transport the mallee roots that had been cleared from land in the district. Behind you is the Ridely Arms Hotel
