HO! HO! HO! Come join in the holiday fun!
Please join us for our annual Holiday Geocaching Pot Luck, **Gift Exchange (voluntary), and Ugly Sweater Contest (voluntary) on Saturday, December 9, 2023. It's always a great time to catch up with geocaching friends before the hectic holiday season begins!
We will meet downstairs at the BPOE Elks Lodge, 27 Union Street, Pittsfield, MA
6 pm - 9 pm.
Please bring a dish to share (include what you are bringing in your "Will Attend" log). We are looking for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. We will also need paper plates, napkins, & flatware.
Beverages are available for purchase as a way to thank the Elks for letting us host this event here once again.
As always, there will be a table for trackables, both to move along and for discovery only.
Anyone can attend this event and no purchase is necessary. The **Gift Exchange and Ugly Sweater Contest are voluntary. Please let us know if you plan to participate in the activities in your log.
If you plan to participate in the **Gift Exchange the minimum value of your gift is $15. Please be mindful of this so gifts are of equal or better value to what you will receive and keep it fair for everyone who participates. Also, please remember that children and adults participate in this fun activity, so please consider that when purchasing a gift to exchange.
