Wandering Spirits 👻 - Quebec City Event Cache

Fellow geocachers, come help us celebrate the Halloween 🎃 season!  We wandering spirits 👻 (aka georascals) have wandered here all the way from Washington State (in USA's Pacific NW).  Bring your stories, tips, and trackables.  We'll be in a restaurant so bring an appetite too!  The establishment welcomes our gathering.  (You need not order food.)  The reservation is under "Tom."  All levels from newbies to seasoned pros are welcome.  Candy will be provided!  We'll also have a drawing for an unactivated geocaching trackable!
