This is not your typical guard rail cache. The difficulty 4 rating is for cachers who have never found one of this type before. If you have, it will not be so difficult. Trust your GPS, watch for traffic, and enjoy the view. You will need a tool to extract the log and especially to replace it. Seasoned cachers will know, but for newbies out there, you need to put the log into the cap before putting it on the cache container. You also need to bring your own pen.
